Reading is great but sometimes an audiobook makes more sense. When I am at the beach for instance. Outdoors on a sunny day, the screen is impossible to read and it’s more entertaining to observe what’s around you, nature, people, animals etc.
When out and about, I vastly prefer to relax and listen rather than get a headache from squinting. It’s a great way to stay with a story when you’re on a walk or riding a bike.

Is Amazon’s narration any good? If you wonder what an Amazon Ai narrator sounds like, the books have sample reads that you can listen to and decide if it is good enough for your taste.
Hear for yourself. Simply chose any novel and if it has an audiobook version there will be a sample from the novel that you may listen to.
I’ll say this much: I was pleasantly surprised and the quality of delivery is above expectation. My books are narrated by male voices called “American English 7” and “UK 11”, Both are 👍 imho.

If you purchase the Kindle version, you can also add-on the audiobook for reduced price (how much depends on original price). Getting the combo is what I do because they sync where you’re at in the story. So if I’m on Kindle page 56 and don’t want to read anymore, when I switch to the audiobook it continues from page 56. Seamless & convenient! ❤️
